We have a pool of licensed, highly trained engineers and a matrix of their skills and experience, so the person who joins your vessel is matched to the work in front of them, not just whoever was free.
Where a job falls outside what the engineers are licenced to do, we bring in contractors to bridge the gap. Nobody learns on your boat at your expense.
